EXPLORE, WITH CONTEXT

Protein & macros

Look at protein, carbohydrates and fat together. Every ingredient has a different role in the full meal.

Read the whole macro picture

Protein, carbohydrate and fat are measured in grams, but grams are not percentages of meal calories. The visualization uses 4 calories per gram of protein and carbohydrate and 9 per gram of fat. Published calories can differ because source labels are rounded and energy factors are approximate. Fiber is included in total carbohydrates; it is not subtracted into a separate net-carb claim.

Use ingredient comparisons to isolate one change, and check the serving assumptions before interpreting the result.
