THE SOURCE
MATTERS.
TRANSPARENCY IS AN INGREDIENT

Know what goes into the numbers.

Our baseline is Chipotle’s published US nutrition sheet. We document serving sizes, model portions openly and keep unknown values visible. The document’s October 2024 edition may differ from today’s local menu.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT ASK

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Still curious about the data?
Start with our methodology.

How does the calculator work?

We add the published nutrition values for every selected ingredient, multiplied by your chosen portions. The format adds its tortilla, taco shells or salad base once.

Are the calorie estimates exact?

No. Published values are rounded and restaurant portions and recipes can vary. These totals are reference estimates, not a measurement of an individual meal.

How does double protein affect the total?

It adds one additional modeled standard serving of the selected protein. It does not double the rest of your meal.

Where does the nutrition information come from?

Our baseline is Chipotle’s official US nutrition PDF, with an October 2024 internal imprint. We reviewed access on October 29, 2026. See our methodology for the source and limits.

Can I save or share my meal?

Yes. Save meals in this browser, compare up to three, copy the summary, print the results or create a URL containing your selections. No account is needed.

Does this tool check for food allergies?

No. Ingredient references do not establish that an order is safe from cross-contact. Check Chipotle’s official allergen information and speak with staff.
